Summary
Moodboards visualize your concepts and ideas at an early stage of your design process. No matter if you want to work digitally or analogously your Moodboard comes together by adding pictures, quotes, text, and any form of visualization that describes the users relationship to the product. Visual material will make your ideas more accessible compared to long phrases.
Step-by-step
  1. Every team member creates their own Moodboard within a given time frame (e.g. 45 - 60 min).
  2. Present the Moodboards to each other and question them (ask “why“).
  3. Document new insights and keep the conversation going. Can you combine different Moodboards to one? Are there parallels that you can continue to work on?
